Phenols – carvacrol – 59-64%, thymol – 4-6%

Monoterpenes (up to 25%) – Paracymene (12-14%), a & b pinene, myrcene

Sesquiterpenes – caryophyllene, bisabolene

Possible skin irritant with sensitive skin.  Strong aroma may cause headaches. Use sparingly with severe respiratory conditions.
