Refund policy

Nascent Naturals does not offer refunds or exchanges for buyers remorse or product incompatibility. It is up to the customer to ensure that they are purchasing the correct products for their needs.

Our products are inspected before shipment to ensure they are in saleable condition. Although every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, including the hold back of shipments when the temperatures are too hot or cold, Nascent Naturals is not responsible for damages to product due to unforeseen incidents which arise during shipping.
Shipping errors on the part of Nascent Naturals Inc. will be remedied at our expense.
If a product is deemed to be defective or otherwise at time of receipt by customer, we will provide a credit to the customer. It is not feasible to ship replacements at this time due to the extremely high shipping costs.
