It's About Time... Nascent Naturals is Relocating to Quebec!

This dream plan has been in the works for quite some time, but now everything has aligned to make it reality with everything finally falling in place.
Working in the natural health care field / industry for over 35 years has taken me through so many twists and turns. From that first chance opportunity to consult for a new holistic school in 1990 to teaching at international universities, colleges, holistic schools, mentoring with some of the best professionals in the industry along the way, wildcrafting herbals, distilling in dangerous, remote and beautiful places, learning proper cosmetic chemistry which evolved into building several natural cosmetic brands, running a retail outlet, training and consulting to support others to build their businesses has kept me fulfilled, grounded and grateful to do work I love.
It’s also taken a toll. At this stage of life, I’m a bit tired but no plan to retire or let any moss grow on my backside. There will be some fundamental changes coming to the business. I will be streamlining many of the products currently offered down to some key ingredients, raw materials and specialty manufactured products which are popular and constantly in demand. Some things had to give if I want to revive the roots of why I do this work. Education, inspiration, propagation and relaxation. I have been perpetually trying to get back to that part which brings satisfaction and peace to no avail.
So, it’s about time for a change in scenery as well. Relocating to a beautiful country setting with a spectacular mountain view may just be what the doctor ordered. Since I have accumulated a mountain of experience, education and skills, it would seem to be a fitting metaphor. No promises, but if you start to see me publishing some of those books I have half written, more instructional videos and useful, interesting content all sitting on the back burner, (AI free I might add), you will know it’s working. Stay tuned.
Many thanks and appreciation for the great people, customers and other business owners I have met over the years here in Midland that have enriched my experiences. I will miss all of you and everything about the Georgian Bay area. Local pick-up service for orders will end as of August 13th. Sorry for the short notice, but since everything came together, the timeline moved quickly. I'm co-ordinating with a few local downtown businesses to carry some of our popular products. Stay tuned on that as well. For now, I have another six hour drive.
